Nah it's fine. From my standpoint it looks like its a normal Gusto monster linup with the addition of a big-eye summon engine and an attempt to utilize Junk Synchron for the Level 5 gusto synchro. The spells and traps look like they might be focusing a little too heavily on spell and trap control and recycling the grave though. The only thing in there that can stop plays is Transmigration Prophecy but that only works on a few decks, it canb help to manage the graveyard but Gustos don't usually have much of problem with that.
If I had to pick an area you could improve on it would be the monster line-up, to be frank the deck is unbalanced in terms of spells and traps vs. the monster count. Gustos aren't a deck type that can control the field without a decent S/T line-up to help them out. If I had to pick specific monsters I would take out the Tour set entirely or just take bus out, bring the Wind Elemental Lord down to 1. At most that's 4 cards that you can use to improve the power of the deck. It may slow you down just a bit but Gustos aren't a fast archetype anyway. They're more of a control deck than pure offence.
If you wanted to take out some of the S/T cards instead then I would probably hit Burial and transmigration prophecy, or drop Call of the Haunted or Dark Bribe down to 2. CoTH is a good card but you might not always be able to use it, Burial is OK but you don't really have any major plays you can pull off with it. Bribe is decent but you don't have much you would want to use it for. Most decks that use it are Control decks that want to protect their backrow. While Gustos are a control archetype your build is not.
I would look into some of the gusto S/T cards or some other cards to hinder your opponent, because right now there are a ton of common situations that can stop you in your tracks. Like running into a mirror force or getting your monster taken from you with big-eye or even getting your gusto monster destroyed by something other than a battle. Granted you have answers for most of these situations you're not always going to have them and frankly most decks this format would be able to put you into one of these situations almost every turn.
The deck type you would most have a problem with would be another Control oriented deck, if they stop your plays you can't do anything about it really. Even worse they may be playing a deck where they can be offensive but can still set a fully loaded backrow on the first turn. Mermails are a good example of an Agressive control deck you'd have problems with.
That's all I really have to say about that.

Dueling against me is like getting stomped in the balls repeatedly by a man in a bear suit. The bear is wearing a hat and a bowtie. It's random and slightly painful. I speak from experience.
It looks like this:

P.S. the man on the ground is me
P.P.S. The man in the bear suit is also me
P.P.P.S. The opponent is probably the building or the tree or a very scared onlooker.

Yeah I know thanks anyway.
Jojo, in the future write a little about the deck. It makes it easier for everyone.
